wow. we seriously suck.

in other news JB Lincoln shall now be the starting RB for the rest of the year. i will admit that i shouldn't have aquired Deason, he's been a bust. Lincoln's YPC is silly, i wanna see what the rookie can do.

Just noticed that the computer released [ifl]Austin Evans[/ifl] and signed another guy for roster reasons. Thought I'd mention that. Get your bids in for him!

Columbia's offense scores 7 pts and didn't score them until the 4th quarter, and we still lose. We've scored 6 points in 2 weeks. We now have 7 offensive players injured that would be starting if they were healthy. The offensive line improved though in run blocking from 2 key run blocks last week to 3 this week. Go team.

[ifl]Mueller[/ifl] was 4-12 for 11 yards in the second half! My best target since both my WR's are injured, TE [ifl]John Edelstein[/ifl], averaging 8 targets a game, wasn't thrown to at all.

Penalties came at atrocious times:

   2-02-CBA04 (02:16)   PIT 23 Rodrigez ran inside the right tackle for 4 yards and a touchdown.
   Key block delivered by PIT 69 Dronett.
   Penalty: PIT - Illegal Use of the Hands.

Took 4 pts away.

   2-05-CBA32 (05:53)   PIT 32 Richardson ran inside the right tackle for 3 yards.
   Tackled by CBA 43 McNamara, assisted by CBA 94 Hines.
   Penalty: PIT - Offensive Holding.

Took us out of FG range. And my favorite, 4th quarter, down 14-6:

   3-11-CBA29 (02:21)   CBA 7 Cartagena pass completed to 88 Whitaker for 10 yards.
   Tackled by PIT 46 Rousseau.
   Ball was fumbled and recovered by PIT 97 Canterbury for 0 yards to the CBA39.
   Penalty: PIT - Defensive Holding.

Instead of getting the ball back with 2 minutes left at around our own 30, we got it back with 30 seconds left on our own 2.

So I have no passing game because the QB and WR's are out, and no running game because four linemen are hurt (thankfully 1 got healthy this week, so only 3 out). Thank god for the bye week.

Mules were in the game on the road against a superior opponent. Wichita stopped the Mules on Downs and had a short field TD thanks to an Opie pick. Could not stop the run and Scott was killer accurate. Suprised the final score was as close as it was.

nice to get the win....The run game was on and so was Scott. Lots of 7 to 10 yd runs leaving us with very manageable 3rd down situations. The offense was not spectacular but extremely efficient. It would have been a blowout but for the in/near the red zone end of half bug in which our offense went to run out the clock and kick a FG mode which we then missed and our defense playing soft on your late scoring drive. That damn end of half bug wears me out.

Scott was a machine today...

I forgot about the mid-week game.

Maybe its a good thing I didn't reset my gameplan because we ended up winning, but Kennedy torched my secondary and now Brito is out for the year.

If not for two interceptions and jumping on a fumble in the endzone, there's no way we win this game.

Good game.

A pretty decent gameplan for my team (best stats put up for the season probably for the Toads), and it all goes to hell because of 2 INTs and 2 fumbles (returned for TDs).

Crazy crap, finding ways to lose. Atleast the Pittsburgh Steelers are proving what is happening to the Toads happens in real life too.

Dixon is running good now, atleast I got that problem fixed. The defense still needs work. WRs are banged up good now.

Good game Argot. You don't see too many fumbles returned -1 yard for a TD. :lol:
