I've been wanting to put something together as a compliment to the A.I. Rankings that I had done throughout the season and I've come up with something that I like. These rankings put an emphasis on the quality of your wins and the quality of your losses. I give you the C.O.N. Rankings.

    Explanation
    • base calculation is an altered version of the RPI (used in college basketball)
    • teams are rewarded for wins versus the Top 8, or Quality Wins
    • teams are penalized for losses versus the Bottom 12, or Bad Losses

    Nice info thanks.

All my paultry 4 wins were quality wins lol. In fact we tied for the second most quality wins, amazing!

Great job. Interestingly Cleveland and Orlando are 10th and 11th. Could it be any closer?

you did have some nice wins there at the end of the season.

meanwhile the Toads had 0 QW's and the most Bad Losses....

Mules had 0 BL's course they had 0 QW's also. Guess they won the ones they should have and lost the ones they should have. At least didn't play down to thier opponents like the Titans do.

I have never seen Tennessee beat da'Bears. Last time da'Bears came to town Al Del Klanko was practicing FG's on the sideline, not paying attention to the game, as the punter Criag Hentrich had to rush onto the field and attempt a long FG to win as the clock wound down. Al Del Choko noticed in time to run onto the field as the 12th man and not only was the FG missed by Hentrich, but Tennessee was penalized as well.

It was a great day when Col. Klank was released from the Titans.

            Oh back to the IFL.

Looks like Newark has been punished for having more QW's than the other 7-9 teams grouped with them. I don't know where the CON% comes from but that seems odd to me.

22nd for the Mules seems about right though.

Quality wins are a bonus, albeit a small one, but definitely not a punishment. Newark simply didn't play a very tough schedule.
