Heh, I forgot about the actor named Willie Aames. He was in Paradise with Phoebe Cates.

      Aye.

      The career leaders are:

      Passing: Stanfield
      Rushing: Crosby
      Receiving: Bess
      Tackles: Jean
      Sacks: Maldonado
      Int: Brown
      KRB: Oliverez

I've never heard of some of those people.

Yon or no, my preferance is to have the history of the league be the focal point. Not that award winners arn't a big part of the league, but I'd like our banner to incorporate the IFL's lore as much as it's recent history.

Crespo is, to me, the league's biggest star.. he was the number one pick in the first draft and has proven time and time again that he's a superstar. He's also young and will be around for a long time.

Virgil Sepulveda is this league's Mike Vick.. he's a great passer but also a fantastic athlete. This year he's got very little passing support, however, but watch him rack up 700-800 yards along the ground to compensate for a falling passing-yard statistic.

I've said it before, there's no quarterback I'd rather have in the IFL..

When I came into the league, the first player I really noticed was Julian Cartagena.. not sure whether it was just for his excellent play or his great name.. but I've always liked him

Edit: I meant to say "Crespo was the first pick overall in MY first draft"..

If it is IFL loreyou want then Manuel Willoughby has to be mentioned.

Mr. Bigglesworth the Mules wish they had never heard of Maldanado. He has made a career out of knocking Willoughby into the ground.

James Tart is an abvious over sight. Nigel Booker, JC, Gerald Sanders are also key figureheads in the legend of the Imperial league.

We are also overlooking the egotistic WR's of the league. Surely some of their names could be mentioned.

This could all just be separate. I still think one of the greatest things I've seen was Jeff's screen shot compilation. That was awesome.

The INT leader Brown is the one and only Roy Brown SS for the Hartford Grizzlies. Not only is he the league's leader in INTs, but he is also the Grizzlies career leader in tackles. IIRC, he has started in every game for the Griz.

Heck, he's on the downside of his career, but he has still put up some pretty good numbers this year.

                        My votes:

                        offense
Harold Lozier - I don't care what his stats are, he makes the Vipers go, and they are the arguably the best franchise in league history.

Nigel Booker - The guy has won everywhere he has gone. He has turned around Houston in his first season there.

Alan Crespo - The guy is a workhorse. He's done it all, everyone knows what Newark is going to do, and he still does it.

                        defense
Oliver McKenzie - The guy has been one of the top DBs in the league since the first time he stepped on the field.

Bryce Tan - For history only since I have a hunch this is his last season. At the start of the season he was one of the career leaders in sacks and tackles at DT.

Willie Ames - The guy is a stud.

                        Historical
Gerald "Colonel" Sanders - The guys single handedly terrorized the AC East for 4 years. Thank goodness he is gone. Look at how many times he lead the Beasts to comebacks in big games. I was thrilled when WVA unloaded him.

                        Hartford guys
Wesley Flemming - Arguably one of the top 3 LTs in the league from day 1. Possibly the most dominant RB tackle in league history.

Courtney Cleeland - If he recovers from his injury fully, this guy is going to be a star for a long time.

                        Bryce Tan - see above

Tony Martin - The guy has done it all for us. He plays SLB, SILB, WILB, and anywhere else we need him. One of our career leaders in tackles. He is also solid in coverage.

Roy Brown - One of the torchbearer on the defense since our inception. He does it all and is probably the best SS in the league's history.

Alonzo Booher - One of the career leaders in points and FGs.

Its pretty sad that the only offensive player I would even consider putting on our own banner is our LT. :?

I like all 3. Return of the Blue Lagoon is the movie that got me obsessed with Milla. Paradise has the legit nudie scenes though. Phoebe was only 17 during filming - that's hawt!

Both Brooke and Milla were even younger...
