Connell needs to take his fullback out to dinner this week. My starting center and right tackle are out. And Mule Boy, but I found a replacement for him at the last minute. Dean has 11 KRBs and a BPct of 42.3 so far this season. My fullback. And a game ball this week, along with Colella (yeah, him).

Good game ANC. I thought it'd be a blow out, but we kept it close and could have won had we not blown opportunities to punch the ball in. I had to make a choice about which WR was going to beat us, and Emerson made us pay. I wonder what would have happened had I not double teamed anyone.

Still, losing by 8 on the road against one of the top teams in the conference with a QB off the scrap heap, Iwon't complain. We just need to shore up the deep ball defense.

Anyway. Colella is the player of the game, but Connell is my only member of Players of the Week. He had lots of help, though.

Looking around the league,

Huge comeback on the road for the Matadors as they were stareing 2-3 in the face before 16 unanswered points.

Cleveland

Columbia needs a down to the wire TD to win in Dakota, big win for the Fire in a game that probably shouldn't have been that close.

Anchorage stays undefeated, and the 1972 Dolphins are getting out their quija boards.

St. Louis & Houston take care of bidness at home as they prepare for a big battle next weekend.

SLC stays hot in a shootout win over Lawrence.

Little Rock is 1-4, already 3 games out of first, oooofah.

Newark wins a big game against Oakland, even if it is at home.

Almost 1000 yards of offense between Texas and Tulsa as the Cows go to 4-1 in a barnburner.

Vancouver gets a nice road win in Orlando.

Vermont gets an equally nice road win in the dessert against Reno.

BTW, be thankfull the sim turned out ok. I did the whole thing with a post it over the middle of my screen so I didnt see the results. :lol:
