I'll probably come back with changes but here's some immediate feedback:

The blue-purple in your sig is pretty bright. You want that?

That's the logo I have. I could take a darker color from that or go with what's in your sig, which is a lot like the color on the right side of the website banner.

Also, Jersey 2 needs a stripe color. It's not a sleeve color per se, but the color of the little bits over the shoulders.
