Owner of the Year

We will begin voting for the first of four Owners' Awards that will be given out the next few weeks. Remember, these differ from the great awards that roadrash has taken the task of overseeing. They will all be voted on publically in a thread like this one EXCEPT Owner of the Year, which will be voted on through private messaging. More on that award when we get to it. Here is the voting schedule:

Monday, Oct. 25 thru Monday, Nov. 1 (noon central time) -- Defensive Player of the Year
Nov. 1 - Nov. 8 -- Offensive Player of the Year
Nov. 8 - Nov. 15 -- Most Valuable Player AND Owner of the Year

Rules are as follows (post any questions here):

-Everyone gets one vote and one vote only
-Your vote must be made public and in the proper thread
-You CANNOT vote for your own players, ie your vote must be a guy on another team
-In the case of a tie we will create a poll with the locked-up nominees and vote for another 2 days
-Feel free to add any comments to your vote

Remember that this award will be voted in through private messaging. Cringer would also like it noted that he is not to be voted for. Would that really be a problem anyways? :P

If you would like to be involved in the voting process please send a PM with your vote to Cringer. I hope a lot of you decide to do so. This should be an important award. And feel free to use any criteria you see fit for determining your vote. Whether it be strictly for on-the-field performance or other things like league activity is up to you.

you can base it on whatever you like. Team performance, league activity/involvement, or a combo of those things.
