Stepping down as Commissioner.

Was hoping I would get home early today for this but of course I get home super late.

Anyways, yes I am stepping down as commissioner of the Imperial League.

The big reason for me right now is the job I am close to getting. I have to wait for some more paperwork to be handed around (new company to current and old company, stupid trucking crap) and as long as they find that all good (which they should) then I will be starting in October. I think doing this now is best, since I could use the free time before hand to help prepare. And I have been neglecting the league anyways lately.

I wanted to prepare you guys for this but I think I actually made it seem like I would be around more. Not the case. After my interview this week I am going to be swamped with new crap that I have never done before (right down to the type of truck I would be driving). I just don't see how I could focus enough on this new job and leave the time it requires to run the league.

Hell, I haven't even had time lately to do stuff, Suicane has done most of the sims for a while now. But anyways, don't want to get sidetracked with my time problems.

Suicane and Jeff will be taking over the league. Immediately.

Both of these guys have been here since the begining, and both have helped run the league. They are great guys for the job.

I believe these guys will not only let the league continue to be as good as it is, but will make it better. I am sure Jeff has several things he wants to do to clean up some of my messes on the website and board, since I was a bit of a slacker there and never organized real well.

I will be staying on as the Little Rock owner. And I will always lend a hand to Suicane and Jeff if they ever ask.

You guys are all great owners, and you guys are what make this league so good. You guys are always active, and always helping create the great atmosphere of this league. I have no doubt this league will be even better from here on out.

I'll say a little more later on, but for now I'll just reassure everyone that very little will be changing in the near future. Things will be normal.

Most of all I'm just happy to see that you're staying in the league as an owner. Wouldn't want to be without you completely

I'm also very happy (for our sake) that you had the foresight to actually talk to Jeff and Suicane before making the announcement, making this a less traumatic experience for all us neurotic owners .

Great news on the job man!! Sad to see you step down, but at least we get to keep you at LRK. Since you are keeping your team the blow won't be as noticeable. Besides, you are leaving the team in very capable hands. Good luck.
