I go to work tonight. Suicane has something he has to do tomorrow, and then is leaving town Wednesday I believe.

So Jeff has kindly agreed to do the sims for us. I suggest you get your exports in tonight because.....

Cut down to 53 players is mandatory for all teams. Jeff will be allowed to cut guys for your team if you are not down to 53 (non-IR list guys of course).

No bitching about cuts please. If you have a problem with what is done to your team, don't bitch to or about Jeff, direct it at me.

We have never had a set rule for how these cuts are made. I usually just go by the last guys signed by that team, or players who blow and I feel were just there to get through the preseason. If Jeff wants more of a set rule then that, we can work that out.

being that i'm already down to 53 players, i say we should make the rule that the top rated players are cut, so that people really learn a lesson.

Yeah, I'd rather not have to make cuts for guys - it's time consuming as it's not very easy to put yourself in another owner's shoes. If my memory serves me right though, very few people have ever had to have cuts made for them.

Just do the trades before the cuts, por favor. Is that possible? Hope so. I may only be cutting five or six and trading one or two for picks to get to 53.

Sorry but I do not remember. I think someone once said you could....but I have never done it or tried it. I just leave them on the IR all year.

Trades are typically done AFTER the files have been entered into the game.
