  • OJ Boyer is a Mentor?!?!?!?

Not that I am complaining, but our second draft pick ever is now a mentor in his fifth year!

Is that the earliest any one has seen a mentor?

Okay, it's a little unusual, but not quite '?!?!?!?' unusual.

Daniel Rich was on last season... Which was his 5th year. And I have a few players in other leagues that are mentors at 5. So that must be the lucky number

Five is the earliest I've seen. But five has also become the shortest amount of years in a career that I'll start searching when I need a mentor so it could be a self-fulfilling belief.

5th year is the first year that someone can become a mentor, but their leadership+intelligence must be greater than 150 to do it. Around years 7-10, the leadership+intelligence limit starts trending down to 100. Then around year 15, the limit starts going down again.
