this was really awesome. i don't know how you did play by play though - were you looking at the game logs or what?

i should have listened to the show before clicking on the championship thread to find out who won. and that Maximum Football commercial is what made me like you. that is really high quality stuff.

Did it off the viewer at a pretty slow speed. Still, I spent way too much time making sure I got playcalls right and sweating that than adding very much besides that, which I think drug it down a bit. But im glad you guys enoyed it.

if i could offer my 2 cents:

1. i would say next year be more of a color commentator than a play by play. more Madden, less Michaels.

2. also, was this released before the actual results were posted? that'd be cool if it was, i'd much rather find out who won by listening to your show than reading it. more immersive.

3. perhaps next time instead of doing the whole game, maybe make it like Football Manager where you have the option of the game slowing down whenever your team is in the scoring area. that is, whenever a team is in the endzone that's when you come in.

it was great and very thorough as-is, but i think in terms of listenability and short-term entertainment if it could be shortened to just the relevant parts of the game (scoring chances) and using more of your personality to be a color commentator it'd increase ratings. if i remember correctly your SportsCenter video was just highlights of scoring chances.

since seasons take so long here i think perhaps i can add something to the visual elements. maybe commercials and shit. add a little flava to your Kool-Aid. i'll have my people call your people.
