roadrash listed the first 12 last week in a thread somewhere, but who knows if its right or not, most likely pretty close if not.

anyways, draft order is not available until after the season.
My banner is bigger and prettier and cooler then yours. I choose not to show it so your feelings do not get hurt.

Edit: This order is not correct and has been removed.

      No guarantees.

One thing should be noted. FOF doesn't follow the NFL rules in regards to where playoff teams draft. It doesn't depend on record, but when you lose in the playoffs.

Edit: This is not entirely true. Read a number of posts down for more info.

That's why my list stoped at 12. . then playoff teams came into the mix and it was getting complicated

After doing a little research I've determined that the order I listed above is incorrect.

These two FOFC threads goofed me up. It seems that playoff teams used to draft in the order that they were knocked out of the playoffs, but after one of the patches this was fixed and now the order is determined in a fashion more similar to the NFL.

                http://dynamic2.gamespy.com/%7Efof/forums/...ead.php?t=20402
                http://dynamic2.gamespy.com/%7Efof/forums/...ead.php?t=20509

BUT as it is pointed out in the thread below, FOF does not break ties in the draft order the same way the NFL does (Strength of Schedule).

                http://www.fof-ihof.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.p...+order&start=20

This is how the draft order is determined:

                Code:
It puts the championship game participants at 31 and 32, and sorts the rest according to the same criteria used for breaking divisional and conference ties.
And this is what the 2004 first round draft order will look like with 100% certainty:

                Code:
                 1. Oakland
                 2. Little Rock
                 3. Houston
                 4. Pittsburgh
                 5. Burlington
                 6. Lansing (from Wichita)
                 7. Lawrence
                 8. Texas
                 9. Newark
                10. Boston
                11. Iowa City
                12. Montreal
                13. Murfreesboro
                14. Fresno
                15. Norfolk
                16. Albuquerque
                17. Anchorage
                18. Tulsa
                19. Louisiana
                20. St. Louis
                21. Columbia
                22. Fargo
                23. Hartford
                24. Portland
                25. Vancouver
                26. Wichita (from Lansing)
                27. St. Louis (from Salt Lake City)
                28. Reno
                29. West Virginia
                30. Madison
                31. Cleveland/Orlando (IFL Bowl loser)
                32. Cleveland/Orlando (IFL Bowl champ)
I'm sorry for any confusion/disappointment this may have caused. I'm kind of surprised no one else noticed my error. Doesn't anyone here play solo careers?

When you only win the championship, you just assume you pick at 32! :P

No disappointment here!!!! Wow! I can't believe I pick first of all the 7-9 teams!

Thank you VERY much for this info.

How much time do you put towards FOF??? I haven't even thought about playing a solo career since joining the IFL. I can barely find enough time for the IFL with working, lifting, sleeping, the NFL on Sunday and Monday night and going out once in a while.
