Nothing too serious, but I don't understand why Maurice Meyer rejected a handful of bids and didn't sign. That's not right.

I agree, I thought it was weird. I've never seen a FA reject offers and remain on the market during the season. Oh well.

Well, for anyone that is curious. Not that I didn't trust Suicane, but..

I re-ran the files just to see what was going on. Running them like Suicane did, he rejected all the offers again. If I imported just my offer, he accepted. If I imported just the 5 teams that offered him a contract, he rejected. BUT if I use those same 5 exports and use them again at the end of today's files, he accepts mine.

I really don't know what that means. It'd be hard to convince me that he was holding out looking for a better offer. I think it's possible that a bug was triggered in there somewhere, but who knows.
