No true rookie busts - yet.

One mini-boom in 6.16 RCB Peterson +1/+6 makes his potential on par with the rest of the CBs, which ain't saying a lot.

Monroe slipping like he did was a bit of a shock, but I guess it should not have been.

Draft review put Mules next to last. I thought the draft went well, but Mules did have 10 picks and I admit 2-3 were reaches, but stil next to last seems a little harsh. Oh well

It is kinda depressing to watch your stars ratings/skills drop over time. Franklin Trigg is slowing down. . Joshua Conners is falling apart, he might not make the team this year. FB Michael Saucedo has dropped almost a dozen points in the last 3 years.

And frickin Beamer dropped a couple in his prime. I am just confused by that. . .did he go off the roids?

This happens to Crespo all the time. His future and current ratings go down a couple points at season end and post draft. He seems to get them back during the season

Rumor has it the commish has a very good anti-steroid program. He visits many players teams and even players individually, and talks to them about he dangers. He even brings along samples of what should NOT be taken by players.

Of course, the commish can't do this all the time. He has the bad luck of losing his 'samples' on these trips, the commish can be pretty forgetful sometimes and leaves things laying around. So it takes him some time to get the large amount of samples needed for the next visit.

Bad news ... 14 yr. DT vet Robbie Devore down 5/5, now 64/64 ... but good news is that

rookie nose tackle Karl Austin, last 3rd rounderin the draft, jumped to "top in 2007 class for DT" from a 16/45 to 35/67. Looks like Vipers got their replacement for Devore when he retires soon.

Vipers end up with: Austin - best rated DT, post draft and Dusty Stewart best rated guard, post draft, and Jue, best rated P, post draft. Very happy despite picking 32nd in each round.

But the biggest surprise was Backup, 11 yr vet tackle, Michael Wright who went from 39/43 to 67/71. DAMN!

Yeah the Vipers had a good day yesterday, that's for sure.

If any of the ladies we drafted can survive the cruel, painful, abject humiliation of our new rookie hazing guidelines, they'll be great Killer Whales. If not, there's no room for their swingin' dicks in our locker room.

Wow, just noticed I got an A+ for the draft review, not like it really matters. I'm not even sure how that's graded because I never get that in solo play either. I always thought it went by needs, but I only drafted one of my needs.. well, two but the other guy was a late round backup.

Matt's got some serious luck with draft booms.

Last year Peltier and now Marsh.

Peltier had some signs of a boom, Marsh looks like he was just a random boom...
