2.5 hours away from the unofficial start of the 2007 draft. Who's Murfreesboro going to take??

Mules are going to take a RB somewhere, since they don't have a single one on their roster right now. Mendez hasn't shown that he can handle the load. I vote Fortune.

In my opinion, Kersey's fumbling problems keep him a notch below Fortune.

You've got a decent offense over there for next year!

No depth at all and no true go to WR but the starting OL and Backfield look OK at this point.

Im not sold on Fortune as a great RB. I think he'll put up good numbers and break alot of big ones but im not sure he's the grind it out kind of back that Champions are built around.

Webb is a great pick, he was my consensus #1.

And so it begins! The draft, and the Fortune era in Murf. I'm a little happy I didn't have to deal with Webb for the next many years, but Fortune will also be tough, especially with the line he's got going on.

hopefully the Rookie HC uses Mendez to do some grinding between the guards, but who knows - lol
