I like to develop young talent in online leagues, but I always get scared because GMs bail after a season or two and the league crashes. Glad to see I may actually get to see some of my young players turn into good players here.

Don't worry, this league isn't going anywhere. The core guys have always been here. We have just had those handful of teams that we could never keep owners in. HammeringJohnson is the longest guy to keep Tulsa, that was the worst team for tunrover.
A quick count shows me 18 teams still have their original owners. Kind of 19 if you count Jeff who was Columbia then came back as Fresno.
Other then that you have most the other teams with guys who now have 2 seasons in and going for their third.
