Mid-week 17 stage done, 2/14

Sorry I didn't do this yesterday. I got caught up in the updates and end of season stuff and then Jeff and Suicane distracted me.

Cleveland had a wrong stage file, and since they have a couple of injuries I will give him the option of getting Suicane to do another FA stage for him this week.

Files are updated. Wild card games are Saturday.

Cleveland resubmitted a file already. Files updated again. The .zip file should be imperialfiles2_14_06b.zip
