  • League Rule for non-playoff teams.

From the 'Rule Book' in the League Office Forum.

    H. If you are NOT in the playoffs, you will NOT be able to sign free agents. Once you are knocked out of the playoffs, you are no longer allowed to sign free agents.

Reason- You have no need for them, and it prevents someone unrealisticly signing 5-10 or more FA's who they would then hold rights over when they are become restricted FA's when the new season begins. And it is kind of unrealistic.

Do to concerns of an advantage being given to playoff teams, the following will be added to this rule for fairness.

    1. Playoff teams will NOT be allowed to sign players who were cut by non-playoff teams after week 17 was concluded.

    2. Playoff teams will only be able to sign players when they are needed, or in other words, to replace an injured player.
My banner is bigger and prettier and cooler then yours. I choose not to show it so your feelings do not get hurt.
