Nothing in depth, just a cursory glance.
AFC
1. Albequerque 9-2 Doesn't have the division wrapped up but is close.
2. Cleveland 8-3 Same as Albequerque, barring a swoon they are in good position to win the division.
3. West Virginia 7-4 In a dogfight with Newark, not a playoff lock, could move from anywhere from #2 seed to out of it.
4. Louisiana 7-4 Has a pretty solid playoff foundation, 1 game division lead and wild card lead.
5. Norfolk 7-4 Fighting for a division title and possible 1st round bye.
6. Anchorage 7-4 2 games out of division lead, fighting for WC spot pretty much.
OUTSIDE LOOKING IN
Montreal 6-5 Could win their division, but if they don't they need to amass some wins anyway.
St. Louis 6-5 The best positioned 6-5 team as they are only 1 game out of the division.
Fresno 6-5 If they get in it will be as a wild card, they need to string some wins together like Montreal.
NFC PLAYOFF PICTURE
1. Vermont 8-3 Are they paper tigers? If they can get homefield it might not matter, Lawrence is right on their back.
2. Little Rock 8-3 Only a 1 game lead like Vermont but they do seem to be the class of the conference.
3. Dakota 7-4 Both these teams have tenuous division leads, could go from division title to out of the playoffs.
4. Oakland 7-4
5. Columbia 7-4 This is a jumble my brain cant figure out this early, but alas 4 teams are fighting for 2 spots.
6. Lawrence 7-4
6b. Salt Lake City 7-4
OUTSIDE LOOKING IN
7. Pittsburgh 6-5
