Keep checking the thread I posted above every once in awhile. Things might get a little clearer.

I did an experiment and it's pretty clear. You've got until training camp to sign your own restricted free agents (less than 5 years experience).

And just to let some of the newbs know anyone currently with 1-3 experience will become RFAs, but not guys with 4 years, ie my TE Larry Spraggins.

Well I got my answer, thanks for huntin it down. . .

I am curious about the decision on this. . I would think allowing RFAs to be available in the second stage would be better
