Its good to see I am one of the big targets for the beat stick.

I will say this though. Hartford did have the top roster strength for a while, but was decimated by injuries. Scott Nelson was out after our second game in 2003. We lost Schwab and Breland the next year. The loss of those two players really hurt us, especially Breland.

However, the bigger issue was that Hartford had primarily experienced players in 2003 while other teams had young talent that had not maxed out their potential. Even my backups were pretty much maxed out. That gave us a deceptive roster strength, since much of the strength was its depth. We reached for the golden ring, but we came up short. Now we're rebuilding. But, I will say that we have played better than expected this year. Next year, we will hopefully be a force to be reckoned with.

      2003 IFL AC East Runner-Up - Wildcard 10-6
      2004 IFL AC East Runner-UP - Wildcard - AC Runner-up 10-5-1
      2005 3rd Place AC East 6-10 2007 2nd Place AC East 8-8
      2006 3rd Place AC East 7-9 2008 2nd Place AC East 9-7
2009 1st Place AC East, Imperial Bowl Champions 13-3

Great work Jeff. This has inspired me to start a screenshot log for all my rookies. Now, how do you save a screenshot?

Really, I hope most of you don't think I'm a nutcase* for putting this together. It didn't take me long anyways. I'm sure I missed a bunch of stuff, but these things were what popped in my head. My goal was to post a bunch of things that would spawn some sort of memory or laugh.

*Nutcase, heh. Like there was any doubt after the ode I made for Charles Yon.

Alt+Print Scr button will take the current active window and copy the image to your clipboard. From there you have to paste it into some sort of image program. I strongly recommend IrfanView. Then you just save the image. And for general reference, hitting the print screen button without the alt button will take a screenshot of your entire desktop.

You stole him the pick before me...

Ken Richard is having a really good start to the season though, despite being the number three receiver.
