  • This Draft Class........

Is just awful. I could almost care less who I get as 98% of these guys blow ass chunks. In fact, I was considering moving up in the draft before it started but changed my mind when I noticed after the first 2 picks were choosen, the rest of the class was............lacking.

Mabe I am just jaded, but does anyone else feel this way?

I think there are plenty of quality players in the 3rd round. I think their is good value in the last few round. BUT, it depends on what positions you are looking at.

    2003 IFL AC East Runner-Up - Wildcard 10-6
    2004 IFL AC East Runner-UP - Wildcard - AC Runner-up 10-5-1
    2005 3rd Place AC East 6-10 2007 2nd Place AC East 8-8
    2006 3rd Place AC East 7-9 2008 2nd Place AC East 9-7
2009 1st Place AC East, Imperial Bowl Champions 13-3

i think this has been a weaker draft. not totally devoid of of talent as i think both offensive and defensive tackle pools are very talented, and there is quality at lb, and rb, albeit not game breaking talent. but the draft is really weak otherwise. positions like WR and CB are abosolutly horrendous. overall a dissapointing draft.

Amen GWB. If you needed a QB, G, OLB, DT, T, or RB this was an excellent draft. Tim Austin is an excellent RB. Lenny Olson is going to be an absolute beast at OLB. You had three other OLBs that would have been top 10 picks in any year. You had a couple of stud Ts. Look at the number of QBs in the draft, you had 60+ pot QBs being taken in the middle of the second round! With the 27th pick of the second round, I picked up a QB rated 30/59! That's insane!

Granted, there was not much depth at the CB, WR, DE, or ILB positions. The S class was average. However, at CB you had a stud named Roman Bond. The WR class lacked top talent, but you have pretty good depth. I can still pick up WRs with higher pot. than anyone else on my team!

because teams with no holes always go 6-10... right?

(I know you will say some BS about injuries now, so go ahead)

Are you smoking illegal substances? This class blows ass. Unless we see some booms come out of the later rounds, most of the obvious talent was gone by round 1.

I must admit, last year's class was a 'hot chick in my t-shirt and nothing else'. I didn't realize just how good it was until I got a taste of this stinker and the other turd I endured in the RNFL (where my championship-capturing Ravens went 14-2 and dominated in the playoffs)

I'm doing 'ok' this year but unlike last year, I don't expect any of my remaining picks to make my team. Last year, I got me 4 starters. This class MIGHT get me 1.

This same class got me 2 starters, one I am debating starting, and another that might start depending on his bars. All except one were at need positions.

It all depends upon one's point of view.
