  • Draft Round 2.

Figured we would start another thread to move onto.

Anyways, so far I have to say it seems more guys are either not setting up the Draft-O-Matic so it will last longer then 1 pick, or more likely more guys are thinking they just want to make their pick themself this season.

Last year we had big ass chunks of the draft just speed right by. Maybe that was pretty much the later rounds, but it is a little slower this season so far.

Hey, I get to make a pick at the end of this round. Woohoo. Hurry up boys.

I had 17 players on the draft-o-matic at the start of the 2nd round. Now there are only 11 left!

Don't get too comfortable. At some point we will have a big run of picks. You can see 10+ be pushed out in a matter of seconds if guys have their utility turned on. This will start to happen.

I remember the 1st and 2nd rds moving slower and the later rounds being more utility dominated.

Probably right. I am just impatient this year probably because I have only 3 picks.

                Update for you guys....

Portland has 1 guy on his list, but it is not turned on obviously. So I gotta wait until his time runs out or he shows up.

Dexter Lemke is a great value for pick 2-8!

I think Texas got a good bargain with WR Arnold McCormick. Sure he is only a 60 or so future, but he was the second best WR in the draft and I didn't think he would last so long, until 2-4.

The guy has 4.37 speed and that Avoid Drops wouldn't worry me too much, since I am not so sure that rating is worked into the game exactly right. And he will be a decent kick returner.

Just what I wanted in the division, another WR.

I liked that pick. I was hoping he would fall some more to the middle/late second round, but I was wrong.

Unfortunately, I think I am going to be screwed when my picks come up at the end of the round.
