How the hell did I end up with the 100 rated roster? Now I'm screwed this season, I'll probably lose 4 guys to career ending injuries....

Probably a combination of that and your young players are developing. Where is Hartford rated per chance? If it is a numbers thing, Hartford should be way up there.

Yep, that's part of the youth movement I have been trying the last couple of years that has led nowhere....

But, I think we are finally getting some better talent at the skill positions on offense. I think in the next few years, we are going to see a lot of vets become salary cap victims and start getting cut. I should be in a position to add some talent to the roster through that route. So, I expect one more rocky year, before we return to the top. The big question is going to be our defense, if we can play good defense, we will be set.
