Draft-O-Matic '06.....er...or not. Read Updates.

Ok, I just heard back from VPI. He said he will work on setting up the Draft-O-Matic for us this week. For guys new to this, once it is set up you can access it by using your message board password and username.

Take it for a spin after that. The draft starts on Sunday. I was planning on going with the same time limts we had last year.

Rounds 1-2: 3 hours
Round 3: 2 hours
Round 4-7: 1 hour

Active hours during the day from 9 am CT until 11 pm CT.

We will need moderators too. I shoul dbe here most of Sunday and Monday, but after that we need a few guys to help. Same thing for mods as last season....

These guys will pick for you if your time runs up. If you have a list in the Draft-O-Matic but just never turned it on, then they will pick from your list. If you have no list then, hopefully collaborating together as much as possible via AIM and/or PM, they will draft for you based off of your teams needs, as listed in the game. They will take the best player available at those positions. If it happens a second time to a team, then another need position will be selected. If it happens a third I am kicking someone's ass.

Mods will need to keep their games updated, so the needs are current.

Suicane will be a mod. I just didn't want to speak for him until he said so.

I also will give Vito mod powers, I just know he won't be able to do too much during the day from what I know.

Concerning the utility, we havn't heard from VPI yet. We plan on going ahead with the board draft on Sunday, no time limits imposed.

If the utility is up and running by Monday we will swtich to that. If it isn't we may just run the whole draft on the board. Cringer will more than likely make a decision sometime Sat/Sun.

I have absoluty zero first round picks, and my only second is at 29.
