Our 2075 Live Staff Draft will be held on Saturday 1/24 at noon Pacific Standard Time on our Discord Channel.

DO NOT SEND ME A FILE UNTIL WE HAVE COMPLETED THE STAFF DRAFT.

If you can't attend the Staff Draft, please send me your preferences. If you do not attend the live draft and do not send me your preferences, I will proceed with STAFF FINISHES DRAFT (reverts to the regular in game staff draft).

Message me your preferences. You can either PM me through the forum here, message me on Discord, or send me an email at joerizzardo@gmail.com. I intend to put all responses into an Excel file so I can keep myself organized, so please don't wait until 11:59 am on Saturday to send me something.

Option #5: Whoever has the highest Motivation

Do you want to hire a new Offensive Coordinator? No
If someone steals my OC, please give me:
Option #1: Ron Jobs
Option #2: Coachy McCoachalot
Option #3: whoever has the highest play-calling

And repeat this for Defensive Coordinator, Assistant Coach, and Strength Coordinator.

Someone can only steal your coach if he has one year left on his contract. (See a few posts down for the full criteria).

If you navigate to IFL Home up above and click on 'Coaches', there's a sortable table you can use for your research. If you scroll to the right, you can see how the coaches' ratings have changed since last season. This table is downloadable as an Excel/csv. PM me for download instructions.

In order to see who has one year left on his deal, go to Game Day -> Planning -> Staff and double click on a coach.

is there a way to view who is amenable? sorry if i'm missing something but don't see it on the coaches tab

Per the help file:

"Any unhired and non-retired coach or coordinator who can fill a particular position will be amenable. In addition, you may promote a staff member from your team or another team (assistant coaches can become coordinators or head coaches, coordinators may become head coaches) unless they were just re-signed to a contract. You may "poach" a staff member at the same level from another team if that team drafts at least four positions later and the staff member would be entering the last year of his contract."
