  • 2005 Awards

Ok, this is going to inclide the in-game awards, and the owner voted awards. I will make up the nice version of the owner voted awards later for saving in the League Press area, but with not much time to do all that right this second I figured I would throw them up for guys to view and discuss. First coming up, the in game awards....

Thanks to all for the GM award. It was a great season to play and a fun team to manage, even after Finger got injured in the Conference Championship Game. Injuries are a part of the game even though it sucks when they occur!

I'm hoping to keep the positive momentum for this team, much like Suicane's championship team who, after being division champs for three consecutive years, now take their place as a great team.

Suicane ... The Cards have found their legacy , so don't get to all attached to that trophy.

Special note to the NFC: now that the trophy has finally found its way to the AFC, I think it plans to stay here awhile. :P

You earned it man, not only did your team kick ass all year but you also were somewhat of a surprise team. I am sure no one would have been surprised by a playoff showing, but to do what you did after not getting a ton of recognition before the season was pretty cool to see.

Congrats R00k, you earned it, you did a effin masterfull job with that team.
I think by and large we pretty much nailed all the awards right on. Those that deserved them got them.

We should either put up a post, or a page that has the leagues awards set up in 2 sections, maybe like, AP Awards & IFL Awards for the 2 different awards bodies. I'd almost like to totaly ignore the in game awards but that isn't very fair, although................ :?

Well, he Owner voted awards will get put into the League Press area like the last two years. I lay them out like I do Players of the Week awards to make it a little nicer. The in game awards I pretty much do ignore accept for when it comes to each individual position I guess, but I don't put those up.

To me the Owner Awards for MVP and stuff are THE awards for this league.
