Horrible offensive showing by my team.....but in the 3 phases, my defense and special teams came up big. On defense they got the turnovers right when they needed them. I made some big changes on defense, as I figured I was trending in the wrong direction allowing, 24, 34, and 38 points going into this one and Tijuana was averaging close to 30 per game.

My punter honestly should have gotten game MVP with 10 punts for almost 500 yards an average of 49 and pinning 6/10 inside the 20. As much as I used to ignore special teams early on, the difference in starting field position alone has changed my....awareness of it.

Towards the end of the game the Murfreesboro offense finally started chewing off clock and I thought we were in good shape, but then they rolled Pat Mahomes out, got several huge chunk plays and were in a spot to win or at least tie the game. We come up with our 3rd int of the game and seal it.

Side note - As much as we spied Bergman he still got 110 yards rushing. Unreal that dude.

Great game Joe. I'd like to say our 24-19 loss to you on the road earlier in the year gave us a blueprint for success, but not so sure. Still things defensively I'd like to try. On offense you completely shut down what I'd consider one of my best offenses of my career from a gameplan and personnel standpoint, but you made my guys look like a team in year one of a rebuild.
