Well, SLC has a better conference record then Newark and Lawrence, not Vermont though. SO I am thinking it must go into the deeper depths of the tie-breaking system..... :scratchhead:
Yeah, and SLC beat Vermont head to head.

    I'm just complaining.

      Anyway.........................

Great run D in the 2nd half, Jester. We ran, and didn't get a whole lot. This was the first game that I can say a team shut me down running the ball.
Here is my drive chart in the 2nd half
      .
      Code:
         	3	15:00	1:21	OWN 20 3	3	Punt
         	3	12:12	1:59	OWN 33 3	4	Punt
         	3	2:51	2:41	OWN 20 3	8	Punt
         	4	13:20	2:31	OWN 19 7	9	Punt
         	4	4:23	2:34	OWN 23 6	21	Punt
         	4	0:12	0:12	OWN 23 1	-1	Game
If Stanfield didn't get injured, it would've been a different story for sure. Great season guys. It was a pleasure to compete in the best division all season long.

Good luck to ORL in the playoffs!!!
There is no doubt that we are in the most competitive division in the league. If we cannot get more talent on Orlando we are going to get passed by. Orlando will do its best to represent. Hell we are past champs, that has got to count for something.

Man, this sucks ass! Sometimes I've gotta tell myself that this is a game!

I hope next year, we'll actually make the playoffs. Every season we come down to the wire and end up just missing out!
I almost wish there was a way to re-align the league. Spread that division around a little or something. You know that two of those four teams will once again miss the playoffs next year, atleast. And all will be playoff contenders the whole way. It's pretty rough, but makes for some drama I guess.

Maybe Orlando losses to many guys this offseason and gives someone else a chance....

Good game Ragin. Now this was the team i've been waiting to show up since the midway point of the season. I can now start to asses some things and write my teams perspective.

Playoff time is here and while i'm sorely dissapointed in again failing to get a bye i've got to nut up and get done what needs gettin done, and that means shutting down WV who is always a threat no matter what their record.
Good game my ass. You got lucky and I hope we see each other again. F-off lucky bastard!

3-12-MUR48 (12:37) MUR 3 Willoughby pass completed to 73 Bouler for 3 yards (OOB).

Why does the Mules coaching staff continue to put DL out in the pass pattern?

I am serious as there is no way that I know of to try and do this. Very confusing, but apparently effective.

Between downfield passes to himself and DL Willoughby is like 5 of 6 this year. lol

Mules win their third to, hopefully, crawl out from the official bottom of the IFL. Still hard to believe that my Mules only won 3 games this whole season. Big dissappointment. Well at least there were big strides made in my gameplanning, unfourtunatly it exposed the huge talent gap the Mules have. Before the AI covered by having a pass oriented attack, and I stubbernly, and to the Mules determent, forced a run component into the O. It was often brutal to read the logs, but it was according to plan. And when the Mules were effecient on 3rd downs they were competitive. Well I am gonna celebrate the win by watching the latest episode of Footballers Wives, you know Jason Turner fathered a son with his best friends mom, who is allowing her son and his infertile fashion model wife to publicly claim the the child is the fruit of their marriage. Meanwhile the Italian star is nailing Woomsley's wife - in Woomsley's own house - Oh Donna how could you especially now that Woomsley has discovered and returned your kidnapped daughter to you. Also Jason Turners wife has told him she is off the pill but really she is sleeping around with his agent, did I mention that Jason Turner's agent is a chick and now that the Sparks GM Frank is out of his coma he wil have to do something about the German manager - mean ol' Euro Trash...

I am guessing they are getting put in if you happen to have "any WR" selected for a WR role in one of your formations. Not sure though.....

Even though I might say otherwise a couple dozen times per week during the season I wouldn't want a re-alignment. I just had 17 weeks of playoff atmosphere knowing the conditions of my division and any other style of season just seems boring in comparison.

This division, with the quality of teams and activity of the owners, is easily the best I've been involved with in any sim league I've been in. Viva La IFL!!

The NC Playoff Scenario thread, like I said, was guaranteed to be 100% correct.

The reason that Newark failed to make the playoffs is that in the case of a multiple team tie when two or more are in the same division and one or more are in other divisions, the first step is to get only the top team from each division and eliminate the rest. For example, to decide between Ver/Law/Nwk/SLC, first Ver/Law/Nwk were compared. Ver won that comparison because they were 3-1 against the two other tied teams, while Law was 2-2 and Nwk was 1-3. Ver was then compared to SLC, and SLC won that because they beat Ver head-to-head in week 10.
