  • Week 16 Preview

Focusing on the biggest games of the week coming up tommorow.
If I don't mention your game it isn't because I don't love you.

    1. Albequeque At Orlando
Orlando trying to keep their playoff spot & maybe move up in Playoff positioning.

    2. Hartford At Columbia
Pretty much an elimination game here, the loser has very little hope of making the playoffs, smell the tension!

    3. Iowa City At Dakota
Dakota is done for but Iowa City is in a tight race for the #2 seed in the AFC so there is alot on the line in this game.

    4. Little Rock At West Virginia
Little Rock is trying to wrap up the #1 seed in the NFC while WV is trying to lock up the final Wild card spot in the NFC, neither team is devestated by a loss but the winner comes out in MUCH better position.

    5. Madison At Montreal
The loser of this game is in real trouble. Montreal needs to overtake WV for the AFCs final wild card spot and a loss will almost cripple them. Madison is trying to hold serve until next week when they go head to head with Pittsburgh, but if they lose today and Pittsburgh wins then next week will mean nothing. A Huge game in the snow, perfect Football.

    6. Newark At Fresno
Newark has no wiggle room, they must win out to have a playoff chance.

    7. Portland At Lawrence
Lawrence needs a win to stay in the playoff hunt while Portland has the division title locked up and may rest some guys.

    8. Salt Lake City At St. Louis
St. Louis is fighting for a division title and the #2 playoff spot in the AFC, a lose will really hurt. Salt Lake City is a game out in their division so a loss here will really hurt. Translation? This is a must win game for both teams, just a huge game.

    9. Vancouver At Louisiana
Louisiana has a much easier game as they try to lock up the AFC South division title, can Vancouver pull the upset?

So, are you guys ready for some Football!!!!!?
    I luv British womenz.

I would not say this is an easy game. Vancouver is very talented and has 2 wins over Salt Lake which the VooDoo lost to in week 2. It would be a big step for us to get a win over Vancouver.

According to the game, Dakota is done, but if they win out, Mad and Pitt both lose this week, and Mad beats Pitt next week, doesn't Dakota win the division with a 8-7-1 compared to two 8-8's?

Actually, looking over things this week, Salt Lake City needs help getting into the playoffs. Even if they defeat St. Louis and then Reno in week 17, they need Reno to lose this week. Because if they end up tied, Reno has te tie breaker.

I think they could still sneak in as a wild card team though.

that is correct. the game just shows that Dakota is eliminated from wildcard contention.
