Yeah glad to hear your okay, the future is bright in oakland! I hope your area is getting enough assistance from the gov. we are from oklahoma so we know about storms (when the cloud reaches the ceiling of the earth you know it can flatten objects). I guess that is why we have football see you on the field...

Re: My status..........
Personally, I figured this was the first thing you packed up. :mrgreen:Originally posted by JaveI did save my computer
Anyways, everyone else has said it. Glad to know you are ok, and hope you can track down your kids ASAP.
As far a your team, you know it is going to be here waiting for you. Let me know if you are going to want a temp-owner to take over the team for a bit. With your record now, I am sure you don't care too much about the rest of this season, but you may consider this for the offseason. My banner is bigger and prettier and cooler then yours. I choose not to show it so your feelings do not get hurt.

Hey ... glad you are ok man and sorry about the conditions that you returned to. I am thankful that you are safe. That has been an important element for me as I also try to regroup.
Yesterday, I just returned from viewing my place in Slidell for the first time. My neighborhood was trashed. Entire streets do not exist. My house faired better than yours structurally ... but it did take on water, 4 feet deep in places which has left a disgusting mess, mold, and smells. Also a totaled car and a boat. There will not be any electricity or water for a month or more, thus we will continue to live in Indianapolis until conditions change in order to start the rebuilding process. Enrolled my son in a high school up here in Indy and the people up here have been absolutiely wonderful. Small steps but important steps -- one at a time.
Katrina has also impacted the Vipers who are currently untracked from their previous groove. Shit!
Jave ... keep your head up high!

watch out for SNAKES
seriously I read an article from a Camille survivor who said that was the hardest thing for him. Having to check the toilet, shoes, every drawer that was opened, ect. He said it was over a year before he got all the snakes out of his house.sigpic
