    I am not understanding what happened this week.
    I set up all the players i wanted to play this week. I did not receive one single warning about the the number of players at "x" position, but the AI removed and added players at will. It did not do that week 2. As a result (it seems) certain new players who did not play had ratings dropped. It is possible they would had dropped anyway, but it is hard to correlate not playing with loss of ratings.

    An example: This kid, Lucas Xavier. WR, 30/39. The first week he was the leading receiver. He had 5 caches (1) with 8 targets (2) with 50 yards (3). I definitely wanted him to play to see what he can do. He didn't play and now he is 20/26. I supposed since he is still developing he can "bounce" back, but if I do not understand why he was removed then I do not know. Oh, I wasn't expecting a potential 1,2,3 receiver, but more of a 4-6 kind of guy. It is a little sad (for him, his wife just had a new son. They named him Pike).

      Pike, I can't speak to the lineup shuffling you experienced, but it looks like Lucas's big ratings drop occurred after PS2, not after PS3. I see a 12 pt. ovr drop for him in the Recent column in Player Tracker that I ran after yesterday's sim.

        Since I am not the only one I will say something too. My lineup got shuffled too.

          I have player tracker v8.1.4.0 and it shows me just ex season 4. It doesn't allow me to look at anything else and the rookies are all missing.
          I only remember importing before the draft after I had downloaded.Also the numbers are not current in game.

            I can't tell you why, but I can say there were a bunch of teams listed in the AI making adjustments section. There always is in the PS1-3 sims though. I assume it's people picking up players and/or not exporting before their first game. It doesn't tell you what or why, just the team.

              I brought in a new player, but I was well below the maximum allowed. It must be a bug in the game then.

                Pike,

                When you signed RB Mel Pinnock, did you have 45 or 46 players on your active roster?

                FYI, when I have assisted other GMs diagnosing similar issues, the root cause has never been a program bug, but user error.

                  Yes. I had 46. I meticulously click to activate and inactivate players one by one to avoid that specific error. The addition of Pinnock should had added to my total number of players. The only thing I can think of is that system by default made the new player "active" thus giving me more players than 46 active. As a result, (guessing) it took control to resolve the "conflict." If this is the case, then additional players should be be added as inactive" by default. EDIT: I just looked at the participants in the game and Pinnock is listed, so I am guessing all new players are "active." This means I need to have 45 players or the AI is going to change everything. I did my export earlier and I will bet that this will happen again.

                      However, the correct method to choose is to have 45 active players. Assuming you sign your player, that occurs before the sim and your team would have 46 active players meaning you would not be AI-ed. Of course, if you do not sign the player, you would be AI-ed. That probably is remote (that you would not sign the player).

                        Ok, I reexported with 45. I guess if it works then cool, if not, i am no worse off. LOL

                          Could have been user error on my part as well. I double checked this file, so if it gets shuffled again I will let you know.

                            The "45" thing worked. I guess the system is set up to allow you to add a ls/k/P type player in case of injury. It would have been nice to have the coding done in such a way that if you have 46, then inactive and if less than, then active. it is what it is. Now that i know the "trick" lol.

                            on the flip side... anyone have a least version of Player tracker. As I mentioned above the one I downloaded doesn't seem to be working right.
