Unable to Export

Still having issues where it is saying that the password is bad... It happened before I left and I missed out on some free agents because I had to leave... I was able to import, but export is still failing.... is there a new password or something? Hooper sent you a PM with the password...

I haven't thought about delaying. They keep saying they don't see any issues, but then they find something. The latest one seems specific to me, but multiple people across multiple leagues are having issues. Are we going to halt all leagues indefinitely? With sims halted, would we know when it's "fixed"? Is it affecting 50% of owners? 100% of owners? I don't know these answers.

Yeah that is a great point boss... as posted above (I had hoped I deleted the first message before you saw it) I was able to export... Finally... It had just been 3 days and I was worried... but reran it and it worked... I know its been hit or miss for me... but I have seen it in every league as you mentioned...

After I tried over a couple time to export, it gave me a message that it saved my export. If I go into the export file for imperial it has Imperial.018 but it won't let me attach it here. Can I email it to you ?

This morning I was able to import, but hadn't been able to for a couple days previous.

As of about 4pm they claim there was a CloudLinux issue and a permanent fix was pushed to all servers. Cross your fingers.

I have been able to export and import even with the FTP problems across all my leagues -- never click YES to clear your settings...then retry
