  • 2 game weekend....

As was proposed with the playoff and off season schedule, we wanted to get in a weekend where we do 2 games (or weeks) in one weekend. This was so we could get our schedule to fit with how we wanted it to, and still have some focus on the chamionship game, putting that game alone on one weekend instead of squeezing it in with the conference chamionship games.

With that said, I would lke to do this in 2 weeks, or now just under two weeks. here is what it would look like...

-Saturday, October 2nd, Week 13 games

    -Sunday, Oct. 3rd, FA stage

-Monday, Oct. 4th, Week 14 games

    -Tuesday, Oct. 5th, FA stage

then we go back to our normal schedule with week 15 games on sunday, Oct. 10th. And stay with the regular schedule until the playoffs.

If we don't do it that weekend, it will need to be the weekend after. But this weekend is best for me since I plan on being home until Tuesday (not a sure thing yet but it should happen, if not Jeff will do the FA stage on tuesday).

Let me know if you guys are ok with this weekend as the weekend we do it, or do you want more time before we do it, and wait until the following weekend.

New guys, I am sorry if this is a bit of a suprise, and hope it is not too much of a problem for you that we will be doing this. As I said before, this will NOT be a normal thing, and if you miss getting your export in for the second game of the weekend then it will not be held against you.
My banner is bigger and prettier and cooler then yours. I choose not to show it so your feelings do not get hurt.

Just an FYI, my wife is due the first week of October, but it looks as though she will be delivering early. So, if I miss a week somewhere in there, don't hold it against me! First weekend of October should be good, just send out a reminder, that is my normal gaming weekend for our group in town.

ok, well first off, tell your wife to just hold the baby in for a week or two more... :P

Joking aside, no problem. As I said, the second game, if missed, will not be held against guys in any way. I would hope we will have full or near full participation for the saturday game as we usually do for a sunday game, since guys will still have all week to get an export in for that.

I will also remind everyone a couple times next weekend....

Dont tell your wife a damn thing....She will bust you in the chops if you do....More specifically, dont worry....My experience is the rats never come early...

BTW --- that weekend works fine.

And since I cant draw any comment elsewhere....wichita over hartford....big win.....

I love it! This is an exciting time in the lowly NFC East and for better or worse I can't wait for the next couple games to be done to see how things shake up.

LOL, I just realized I put the wrong week in my mail, she is due the first week of November, but they may be moving up the date, etc, etc.

OK, back to your usual program.
