Good call not trading him 8)
I was SO close to pulling the trigger on that trade too. Now my dilemma is what to do with my LB corps. Boyer and Scott have both progressed nicely in the middle. Scott projects better on the outside, but will take a big current ratings hit, but he is only a rookie, and he has advanced quickly. I might wind up starting him on the inside and flexing him outside or something along those lines.

But, how long will Martin hold up? Will he be fragile? Either way, I think I have some interesting decisions ahead. One thing for sure though, my LB corps just got a hell of a lot better!

Willoubhgy and possible All-Pro TE Rich don't get along that is certain. After a game tying TD was called back early, 3 yarder to Rich, Manuel only looked at Rich 1 more time all game. Renegades start the game with 3 huge TD drives combined with the Mules reversion to not getting 3rd downs and allowing them on D the game really was not as close as the 15 point margin indicates. Congratulations Houston on your first win of the season

Also a hearty thanks to the Houston beat writers for nominating Willoughby for PoW, I know it had to be a Houston writer after Manuel put forth his second worst showing of the season. ops:

Vito must be salivating at the thought of running Tart against my D now. Nelson out, a rookie starting at LDE, 3 out of 4 starting LB's gone, and my best CB on the bench this week.
I am going to have to come up with a gameplan that doesn't require actual players playing to win this one.

            This year blows ass.
3 fucking linebackers in one game. Ok, you can bitch up a storm about that one, I am not going to rip you for it this time around.
Wasn't Minard injured a week or two ago? I think there were only two LB's that went down for Oakland this week, but I'm not sure.

Not sure when Minard was injured really. Oakland had a bye last week. I do not see his injury in this weeks log or the one from 2 weeks ago though.
