With original owner Kcin stepping down as Cleveland's owner, we have to fill the position.

First on the waiting list was Rob, and he will be taking the team. He will hopefully be around this weekend. He has had to wait for me to get home so I could put the universe files up on the files page, and now that I have done that he can dive into things.

Welcome Rob. Cleveland was on the losing end of the first Imperial Bowl with a strong running game. Good luck with getting them back.
