QB Scott Nelson had his best game for the Bulldogs. Nelson responded to Crespo's statements earlier this week throwing for 11/15 213yds 3TD's and 0 INTs.

Defenses continue to pile up to stop Crespo as he was held 59yds on a whopping 28 carries. With a new GP that showed we CAN pass, this may open things up for Crespo a little bit.

Next week we look forward to taking on 6-2 Lawrence @ home. Hopefully we can make a run here
But careful about doing what you THINK you can do, I'm 4-4 because I kept changing offenses

Shit, something has to happen to that NFC East. I am 6-2 and would not be a playoff team as of right now because those bastards have the tie breakers. :x

Key was an experiment I pulled in the first season and he has turned out to be quite an option in the RED ZONE (where I suspect Money is being double-teamed)

I'm glad you didn't run more
Ya I wonder if it would have been different if I would have instituted the power run. I was worried you would get up some TD's and I wouldn't be able to score quickly. Obviously by not power running in the 4th I could not keep you off the field, but I may not have had the output from Hynes. Great win though. Your team outplayed me anyway you look at it.

            Thanks Pirates.

Hmmm, this 2nd time Booker has won PoTW (in game) and didn't get named in the post.

No problem. He was a strong choice, but Brown dominated.

And Booker did have an INT.

                  Son of a .

I couldn't of had a better gameplan. Their only points came on a 27 yard drive after an int. I had 15 hurries. On offense I was running it down their throats. Then...fumble, they recover. Again, running it down their throats. First and goal at the 1. Fumble, they recover. Then both my tackles get hurt. So much for the running game. Now I can't do anything. I manage a first down at the Cba 39. Fumble, they recover. I receive a punt at the Cba 45. Two holding penalties, third and 36. Game over.

The Football Gods are punishing me for my win streak.

Yeah, like I said earlier, the Power gave that game away. You should have won it, Cartagena never looked worse.

And Columbia is still on Jeff's last gameplan, so your defense stepped it up some.

Story of this season, Kicked a FG to break a 14-14 tie with less than a minute to go and what happens? The kickoff is returned for a TD. Time to develop some youth...

That was a tough loss. An 88 yard pass and a kickoff return were the only TD's against you, if I remember.

The 80 yarder was game planned somewhat. I thought I could take a few shots downfield against him. The kickoff return was luck. Still, we racked up a lot of yards for my team, and it appears that he stacked his defense against the run.

I'll take a W in any win on the road, especially against a dangerous team like Albuquerque. Plus, we had a couple of missed FGs, that had those been made we would not have needed the late TD.

Cringer, call it what you will but a win is a win. Suicane is going to be pissed. The VooDoo will be looking for some love in the power rankings after beating the 3rd ranked team with a backup QB that happens to be 4-1 as a starter, a sub 50 QB rating going into the game, and has 2 4th quarter comebacks. Anyway, thank God for my defense.
