Hags were, are and always will be weak.

Brunell and Taylor folded more than an accoridian. Not sure if either one of them ever finished a game against the Titans. Even as bad as Tennessee was last year, and the Tennessee D was high school level the second half of the year, the Titans split with the kittens.

Getting back to Brunell. Samari Rolle knocked him out of a game for cryin' out loud, Rolle goes like 180 soaking wet. I remember one game where Taylor fell down untouched running thru a gaping hole the cats somehow created, he tore a muscle in his adbomen and was out for a number of games.

Brunell looked like an all pro, as long as the other team never put any pressure on him. Manning is the same way, he looks great as long as he stays in rythem with his receivers, as soon as the D starts hitting/pressuring him at all he falls apart. Too bad the Titans have not been able to lay a hand on him in 2 seasons.

I disagree about Manning in a way. Just pressuring isn't enough. The Packers put plenty of pressure on him and they still lost in a huge shootout to Indy. It takes an outstanding defensive performance to break down Mannings game. Blitzing can kill a team because he reads defenses so fast that he gets rid of the ball before it can getto him. So saying it is easier said then done.

And being hit a lot takes its toll on any QB>

Did not see that game. The last two seasons Manning has been literally untouched vs Tennessee, and I mean that - Titans have not even knocked him down. before that Tennessee owned him cause they whacked him like an enemy of Tony Soprano.

So I agree with you on that point.

Granted Manning gets rid of the ball fast, IMHO thats because he has no balls, and I am talking Marino fast, but if teams can get too him he folds, but ya gotta hit him. My favorite part is watching him bitch and moan whenever he gets hit. He starts pointing at linemen and FB's and such. Plus we all know that he is scared of his WR's, speaking of Wayne shoving him last year cause he would not throw Wayne the damn ball. ha

Got no luv for dolts, hags or cows.

Or the squeelers and the murdermore ratbirds for that matter.

Hate'em can't wait too play'em. and Titans play them all this year - should be fun.

especially fun going into the games with lowered expectitations. That is the Titans can't be any worse than the second half of last season. It's only up from that stinkin' "25 point" performance.

When I think of Manning I always think of something Mike Francesca (NY Radio Host, and not in the ESPN vein, he's a real great sports mind) said after the NE game last year. He talked about how Peyton had no problems picking on that rookie CB for Denver but the minute NE stuffed his recievers he backed down like a bully when he gets punched and didn't even try to go deep the rest of the game, essentialy playing right into NE's hands and giving his team no spark at all. That sums up the way I feel about Manning in big games.
          I luv British womenz.
