Need Help

Well, I finally have my new computer up and running, only one problem. Everytime I try to install something using the DVD player, I get a "windows stop" error.

Well, I reformatted my hard drive thinking this would solve the problem, only to find out, not only did it not solve the problem, but I forgot to return my license, so untill friday I am SOL.

If any could help with either problem that would be appricated. If someone has an extra license I could use untill Friday, I would return it.

Yeah, you shouldn't have to purchase the game again (didn't you do that, Keith?). As long as you hold on to your purchase details you should always be able to get hooked up with more licenses.

Purchase details = e-mail address, purchase date, and possibly credit card info

You let ViaTech know about what happened, and they are pretty understanding Jave. That is what I have done twice lately because of my computer problems.
