Week 4 Discussion

I can't complain about the passing game. Granted, was going up against 2nd stringers, but our guys performed well. Both Hickman and Mueller passed for a TD and had a decent YPA. Hickman needs to get his completion % up, but I still can't complain with the results. The running game, with the exception of a few long runs was anemic again. Getting our full complement on the line should help during the season. I am trying to get more playing time to some of the backups to help them develop there.

On defense we gave up a lot through the air, but with the changes I made in the secondary, I think a lot of damage was due to the shuffling I had to do there. Also, we had several people in the secondary affected by the flu so maybe that played a factor. Either way, it looks like Terrell is going to be a stud!

We won over St.Louis.
Actually kinda lucky win for us. Our 3rd stringers were going up against some of their 1st stringers in the 2nd half.
STL fumbled the OT kickoff and we score a TD.

Interesting play that occurred

   1-10-STL34 (06:45)   STL 36 Osgood ran inside the left guard for 6 yards.
   Tackled by NWK 53 Roland, assisted by NWK 77 Burke.
   Key block delivered by STL 74 Cuomo.
   Penalty: NWK - Unsportsmanlike Conduct. NWK 44 Ramirez was ejected on the play for spearing during the play.
