Player position swtich question

I drafted a NT that is 275 lbs. I went to try and see what his ratings would be at different positions, and there is no option for moving him to LDT or RDT. Only LB's and DE's. Will this change when I sign him, or since he doesn't weigh enough will he never be able to be a DT and always be a NT?

The min weight to change to a DT is 290. You probably couldn't even change him back to a NT if you changed him to a linebacker. Kind of odd the way that works.

I figured you would be able to switch within the same position group at least. Oh well, I was planning on moving him to DE anyway (and it says his ratings will increas, which is nice).

Yeah, this is part of the game that bugs me some.

Yeah, I changed the position of one of my DTs and now I can't move them back. Also, remember in MP listen to the dialog box that pops up, you will not see his new bars until that stage is run, even though it might show a temporary increase in ratings.

I mentioned this when some questioned the pick pick of Glaser over Ruth in the first round. Ruth is the better athlete but I figured he wouldn't be able to make the switch to NT and I'm stocked at DE.
