  • Gonna be a couple of pissed owners....

Just looking at the standings, and unless there are some big drop-offs among the top NFC teams the second half of the season, we could see 2 10+ win teams not make the playoffs......ouch.

    Reno 6-2
    Vancouver 6-2
    Salt Lake City 6-3

    Madison 6-2
    Lansing 6-2

    Orlando 5-3
    Newark 5-3

obviously 3 of those teams will win their division, thats leaves 4 teams fighting for 2 wild-card spots (safe to say the NFC South won't have a team competing for a wildcard spot)
My banner is bigger and prettier and cooler then yours. I choose not to show it so your feelings do not get hurt.

I would not totally rule out the South from competing for a wild card.

I like to go incognito! LOL!

I just have to talk trash while I still can. I have a feeling the next couple of seasons will be long ones for us. Our passing game is not where I want it, but heck, our rookie QB is playing out of his mind right now. As long as we don't shoot ourselves in the foot with turnovers we have a shot to win the whole thing. Heck, even when we turned the ball over 4 times we still won.

I just wish I could figure out what makes this team keep winning. Aside from my secondary, this team is built inside out from my normal teams. I normally have mediocre lines, but great skill positions on offense, and a terrible DL, but good LBs and an excellent secondary. This team is almost 100% opposite of that.

Hopefully I can pick up a quality future starter at QB in the draft, as I think our franchise QB's ratings are going to take a huge hit when he comes back. I'm still waiting for Harry Moss to wake up.

Maybe there's a reason for that. We knock the 'dookie' out of the opposing team's players and it gets on our helmets! B)

                        Woah!!

The Phantoms are 2 games behind....have beaten Orlando....lost to Newark by only 1 point...have a game left against each of them....currently have a 2-1 division record....and have 8 games left! Certainly we're not the front-runners but I think it's too early to count us out.

EDIT: Fargo is still very much in their divisional hunt as well.

oh yeah, not to count anyone out yet, just looked at thos teams because they are on pace for 10 plus wins if they have the same records in the second half.......
