There is much discussion around FOF about playing the season over the cap. I am hesitant to add a rule here, but know this is covered in the anti-douchebag rule. If anyone disagrees or feels a need for a rule, discuss here.

It's a CFL thing. Ben is going to play the season about 130 mil over the cap. Apparently FOF allows it. You get a couple picks penalty, but that's it.
