    Some finishing notes:

    1) I can't imagine a tougher game to take. I'm dealing with it alright, but for me to mess up my base defense like I did is really hard to take as I spent an hour or two devising this last gameplan. May be hard to believe, but I redid everything as the Morris to Cartagena change was a rather dramatic one. The good news, I'm dealing with this loss better than I thought I would. The bad news, I need a fucking cigarette baaaaaaaaaad.

    2) To make matters worse, this offseason could be rather bland for a team like Columbia. The free agent pool is drier than a Phoenix summer and I should have the #30 slot in the draft (I think).

    3) The CBA-SLC game was not football and I am seriously gonna start thinking about reforming my team. It must feel good to be on the winning end of a game like that, but holy shit does it feel pathetic to lose a game like that.

    4) Why the hell did I just re-sign Larios?

    5) The only thing I am looking forward to is renegotiating Cartagena's contract for dirt cheap. Don't even have to worry about him picking up Imperial Bowl MVP or any other honor that might affect his demands.

Scores with boxcores and logs are up. And I recap of SLC-Columbia for the main article.

I hope to do a couple pics of this today to update the pics on that page. I hope....

And hope you have the guys to play it.

That said, I REALLY hope that if I move on (which I doubt givne what was put in my team's food this week), I get a chance to play SLC again. Since that game, I have really shut down a number of teams, and made a number of personnel moves that shored up my Pass-D.

But, I think I am going to have to pull a rabbit out of my ass to win this week at Anchorage.

One more thing on the OROY, Hildebrand has a LOT more talent around him on offense than Mueller does.

Warhammer, I feel for you man.

This is my first time seeing food poisoning. I just found a thread about it on FOFC and posted in it.

            Crazy playoffs man.

I think West Virginia being the team you were playing had something to do with this.

            The league is investigating.

At least you didnt hold the other team to under 250 total yards and have 2 interceptions and lose because your star RB couldn't convert a 2 point conversion. Although, i guess if your relying on getting the conversion to stay in the game you have problems. I blame my special teams for allowing the 89 yard KR. That was a killer. It would have been tough going against SLC anyways. I know we don't have the secondary to deal with that onslaught.

                    OMG

Great Game Sovstar. Really. This should stand as one of the greatest in the short history of the IFL. I'm sure this adds to the rivalry between the Fire and the Stallions.

To get this win on the road feels good as I knew playing Julian C. would be VERY TOUGH [ not sure why your fans didn't show tho' [ Attendance: 58,900 (72,700) ].

We're going to take a deep breath, calm James Tart down (he's been crying & holding on to the game ball since he scored), and prepare for the Demons.

I can't believe this one at all but maybe "Sweet Money Duece" and that damn Edmund Mertz might be a little better than I let on 8)

Again, great game man, can't be upset with a performance like that.

Thanks, your guys played a good game as well. Another close one as usual. I think this series is developing into the best "quiet" rivalry in the IFL. Two teams that have fought for the division crown each yeah, each year it has gone down to the wire, plus, they have split the season series down the middle. What more can you ask for? Oh yeah, each of the games, except one, have been decided by 5 points or less, two games by 3!

                          A few more fun facts:

Until this week, each team had defended its home turf.
Neither team has scored more than 24 points in a game.

The guy has fans that fuck with the hotel's food and you call that quiet?

                            What is loud? Assassination attempts?
