Noob question... I have only played FOF7 and the version before that, and that was years ago.
It appears to me that my players are deteriorating each sim during the preseason (although I'm not entirely sure, I've not been here long enough to exactly remember their skills). I thought there was only one point of the year, prior to the preseason games, where major changes occur and decline only began after 6 or 7 years of experience.
So how does it work in FOF8 then? Or is it that my staff is learning about my new players?
