can I ask how long the FTP process takes? I sent a file in before this post was made, but it did not get included

It's not necessarily the FTP process. I have to manually enter the trades. That's why files are due by 4pm to be sure it's included. There's no telling how long the steps take for me or if I start on time or get distracted.
