(2) I noticed a midweek thread; is the procedure to request a midweek in that thread if you have someone injured and can't field enough players?

1) Just 1 & 2 since I sim them together and don't feel like remembering to look if someone plays both. Plus, everyone gets the PS2 reveal without injury.

2) Either that, or PM me instructions on what you want done.
