something that we've always done here. every team gets down to 53. every team gets a chance to go through the cuts and see if there's a better player than what they have before week #1. the system works good for everyone but the commish who has to do all the sims.

Much better than taking an "AI" chance on submitting a 45 man roster to fit a player on your roster for Week 1
