Playoff schedule.

Ok guys, our options for our playoff schedule.

Wildcard week and divisional week done in one weekend, followed the next week by conference championships and Imperial Bowl in one weekend.

or

Wildcard week and divisional week done in one weekend, followed by the conference championships the next weekend, followed by the Imperial Bowl in a 3rd weekend. (This is how wee did it last year.)

I think personally I am leaning towards going with only 2 weekends for the playoffs this year, but want everyones opinion.

I went with two weekends. The only downfall in my opinion is that the Imperial Bowl doesn't quite have the opportunity to get hyped up, but that doesn't seem to be such a big deal anyways. This place really dies down during the week and I'm not so sure that too many owners besides the conference champions will be salivating during that championship week.

Nice to see a reason stated. And what you said was one reason I was leaning towards it myself, I know guys who are not in the playoffs at all will already be zoning out a little as they know nothing that reall effects them will happen for 3 weeks or so.

But as you said, kind of sucks to rush the title game.

I think this vote should only be for play-off participants... and then narrowed down as time goes on to only count the victors.

I don't see how my opinion as a non-play-off team (most likely to move as quickly as possible) should count.

That being said if you need my vote I'll wait to see the votes/input from the playoff favorites and try to make an unbiased decision at that time.

I ask for eveyones vote because it effects everyone. Not too much else behind it then that, I feel the guy sitting and watching should have just as much say as the guy still playing.
