    GG Rawrster,

After a INT on the 2nd play of the game by Hillery, the IWC defense forced a 3-and-out. We took control of the game from there to notched our 8th victory.

Although Dogs Ouellette threw for 290 yards, he still had a rough game. We had 27 plays impacting the QB (5 sacks, 1 block, 10 hurries and 11 knockdowns), plus 10 passes defended and an INT.

      GG Pirates,

Those two fumbles pretty much cost you the game I think. We were able to build out a big early lead and even though Hearon was able to get his yards on the ground that fact that you were playing catch up helped us more than he could hurt us.

Little Rock is playing well but not great but we are getting some starters back from injury over the next two weeks and I hope that will help get us to the next level.

Everyone is finally healed and we're a couple games back of a playoff spot with 8 games to go. We have a healthy team and 4 in a row at home. Time to bring it Stampeders!

GG Budda. We played to a tie by the end of the 3rd, and then were able to shut down Anchorage's offense in the 4th. I was quite a bit surprised at Mahovlich running wild. He was your leading rusher! We are at the top of the division for the first time in a while. And we get a week off to heal up. Good times in LA right now.

I think we're starting to turn the corner a little. Our defense has stepped up a bit the past few weeks!!

i know this is a different game when Lester is in there at QB.

on a side note, playing against TExas a WR Mathis brings back a little nostalgia.

Mathis and QB Travis Kennedy were drafted 1-2 that year. i tried to convince Tim G to trade me the 1-1 pick so I could draft Mathis. It never happened. Then I accidently drafted Travis Kennedy. (had him in my list, but was hoping to grab him with my 2nd 1st rnd pick)

Kennedy has really boomed and Mathis turned into the stud he was meant to be.

                BUT

comparing their careers at this point, would you still draft Mathis #1 over Kennedy?

GG Jeremy, you really took it to us. Couldn't get much goin all day. So much for our new and improved offense. Hahaha...my team is over the hill needs to retire.
