Happy to have a new DC in Little Rock. Lou Howle, a wily 25 year veteran coach, replaces Jesus Stratton and upgrades defensive Player Development, Young Talent and Playcalling. Hopefully we see the results on the field.

So it is time to set the ticket prices. So far I always just used the recommended settings. Any insights? From what I have read ticket prices only affect the number of sales and therefore the income which is important for the franchise value, which has a very minor impact on the staff draft order? Is this setting really important? I have never felt the impact in SP, even if I had used very high or very low settings.

I usually just hit recommend for mine. If my attendance is really low I will lower them. At least in theory. I'm in so many leagues I don't always remember to.

just checking in on this craziness. I really hope they change how staff is kept.

for head coach, there was a coach available (don't recall who) ranked above my current coach. I was the 1st pick in the staff draft. i selected 100 in order to ensure I'd sign the new coach...............and I still have the same guy.

here's to hoping for a new process for staff. maybe just eliminate them altogether.........

I had the 2nd pick and wanted who I'm guessing was the same guy: Alan Crespo. WVA re-signed him in the predraft stage leaving us with the same old same old.

Having said that I agree that hopefully FOFNext will do a better job of managing the selection and development of staff. Personally I'd love to see staff have current and future ratings along similar lines to the players which would add a whole new dimension to the game.

I also had a DC who I specifically wanted. But after reading I think that a lot of the bars don't matter unless you are HC. Also the ratings on some of my guys changed slightly which I believe has a lot to do with what my new DC thinks.
